The Museum of Literature and Art after Yeghishe Charents, together with the Hrant Tamrazyan chair of the history of Armenian literature of Yerevan State University and the chair of Armenian language and literature of Ijevan Branch of “Yerevan State University” Foundation organize an international Armenological conference dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Archak Chobanian - a 20th century eminent Armenian literary, public and cultural figure.

The sessions of the conference will take place in Museum of Literature and Art (Yerevan) and in Ijevan branch of “Yerevan State University” Foundation, 7-8 October, 2022. The reports should be devoted to Archag Tchobanian’s national and cultural activities, to his literature and translations, academic researches, especially to his philological studies and works of literary criticism.

The working languages of the conference are Armenian, Russian, French, and English.
Foreign participants can also present their papers online, on Zoom.
