• members of official state delegations arriving in Armenia,
• diplomatic representatives accredited in Armenia,
• members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), museum workers,
• double orphaned children over the age of 12,
• elderly people in need of special care and household services,
• participants of World War II / RA and former USSR states with disabilities of the 1st group /with an accompanying person/ and with disabilities of the 2nd and 3rd groups /without an accompanying person/,
• family members of servicemen who died during military operations in the territories of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh.
• beneficiaries included in the poverty /family/ benefit system, children of large families over 12 years old,
• conscripts,
• school-age children over 12 years old in the border regions of the Republic of Armenia /based on applications submitted in advance/,
• journalists
